Section 36-1-9.5-26 - Recommendation of prequalification administrator

An entity's prequalification administrator shall make a recommendation to the entity regarding the action that should be taken on an application. An entity may in the exercise of the entity's sole discretion accept or reject the recommendation of a prequalification administrator.
