Section 35-46-1-16 - Invasion of privacy convictions; record of persons protected by orders

The law enforcement agency with custody of a person who is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of more than ten (10) days following conviction of a crime under section 15.1 or 15.3 of this chapter shall maintain a confidential record of the:

(1) name;
(2) address; and
(3) telephone number;

of each person that the person convicted under section 15.1 or 15.3 of this chapter (as appropriate) is required to refrain from direct or indirect contact with under an order described by section 15.1 or 15.3 of this chapter (as appropriate).
