Section 35-38-7-12 - Selection of laboratory

If the court orders DNA testing and analysis under this chapter, the court shall select a laboratory that meets the quality assurance and proficiency testing standards applicable to laboratories conducting forensic DNA analysis under IC 10-13-6.
