Section 35-37-4.5-3 - Polygraph refusal; duties of law enforcement officers

A law enforcement officer may not refuse to investigate, charge, or prosecute an offense under IC 35-42-4 solely because the alleged victim of the offense has not submitted to a polygraph or other truth telling device examination.
