Section 35-31.5-2-27.4 - "Benefit, promote, or further the interests of a criminal organization"

"Benefit, promote, or further the interests of a criminal organization", for purposes of IC 35-45-9-3, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-45-9-3(a).
