Section 34-6-2-71 - "Insurer"

(a) "Insurer", for purposes of IC 34-18, has the meaning set forth in IC 34-18-2-17.

(b) "Insurer", for purposes of IC 34-53, has the meaning set forth in IC 27-1-2-3.
