Section 34-13-3.5-7 - Effect of failure to provide notice

If an individual or entity does not submit the notice described in section 4 of this chapter to a public school before initiating a civil action or an administrative proceeding, a court, administrative law judge, or hearing officer shall dismiss the action without prejudice.
