Section 33-42-7-1 - Stockholder or officer of a cemetery association as notary

A notary public who is a stockholder or an officer of a cemetery association whose rules or constitution prohibit an officer or a stockholder from becoming a beneficiary from the sale of lots by the cemetery association may take acknowledgments of sales of lots.
