Section 33-40-5-3.5 - Terms(a) A legislative member of the commission serves a two (2) year term that expires June 30 of an odd-numbered year.(b) A member of the commission appointed under section 2(b)(1) through 2(b)(3) of this chapter serves a four (4) year term that expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.(c) A member of the commission serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority and may be reappointed to successive terms.Added by P.L. 42-2024,SEC. 156, eff. 3/11/2024.
