Section 33-40-4-2 - Establishment(a) There is established a public defender council of Indiana.(b) The council's membership consists of all:(2) contractual pauper counsel; and(3) other court appointed attorneys regularly appointed to represent indigent defendants.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-9-12-1.
