Ind. Code § 33-39-7-10

Section 33-39-7-10 - Fund construed as trust; purpose

The fund shall be construed to be a trust, separate and distinct from all other entities, maintained to:

(1) secure payment of benefits to the participants and their beneficiaries; and

(2) pay the costs of administering this chapter.
