Section 33-38-9-9 - Administration of alcohol and drug services programs; certification of problem solving courts

The office of judicial administration shall administer the following:

(1) The alcohol and drug services program under IC 12-23-14.

(2) The certification of problem solving courts under IC 33-23-16.
