Section 33-38-6.9-4 - Application of certain amendments to IC 33-38-8-13 The amendments made to IC 33-38-8-13 by P.L. 28-2005 apply:
(1) to participants in the judges' 1985 retirement, disability, and death benefit system regardless of whether the participants: (A) retired before July 1, 2005; or(B) retire after June 30, 2005; and(2) only to benefits first payable after June 30, 2005.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 541, eff. 7/1/2011.
