Section 33-38-14-8 - Commission on judicial qualifications

Subject to section 9 of this chapter, the commission is the commission on judicial qualifications for judges of trial courts. The members of the commission on judicial qualifications for the court of appeals and the supreme court are the members of the commission on judicial qualifications for judges of the trial courts.
