Section 33-37-5-19.5 - Jury fee(a) The clerk shall collect a jury fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) from a party filing: (1) a civil tort action; or(2) a civil plenary action.(b) The fee collected under this section shall be deposited into the county user fee fund established by IC 33-37-8-5.Added by P.L. 237-2023,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2023.
