Section 33-34-8-0.2 - Application of certain amendments to prior law

The amendments made to IC 33-11.6-4-15 (before its repeal, now codified at section 1 of this chapter) by P.L. 141-2002 apply only to small claims actions initiated after June 30, 2002.
