Section 33-34-2-6 - Salary payment; conflict of duties(a) The annual salary of a judge shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments by the township trustee.(b) The judge may not receive remuneration other than a salary set under section 5 of this chapter for the performance of the judge's official duties except payments for performing marriage ceremonies.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-11.6-3-7.
