Section 33-31-1-20 - Docket fees(a) The same docket fees shall be taxed in the court as are provided by law to be taxed in the circuit court.(b) The fees, when collected, shall be paid by the clerk to the treasurer of the county to be applied in reimbursing the county for expenses of the court.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-8-2-21.
