Section 33-29-1-7 - Courtroom; equipment; duty of county executive

(a) The county executive for the county in which the standard superior court is located shall provide and maintain:

(1) a suitable courtroom;

(2) furniture and equipment; and

(3) other rooms and facilities;

necessary for the operation of the court.

(b) The county fiscal body shall appropriate sufficient funds for the provision and maintenance of the items described in subdivisions (1) through (3).
