Section 33-27-2-9 - Commissioners, employees, and staff; immunity from civil liability

The commissioners, employees, and staff of the judicial nominating commission are immune from civil liability for any act or proceeding taken, or communication or statement made, relevant to the evaluation of a candidate under IC 33-27-3-2.
