Section 33-24-12-5 - Establishment of civil legal aid fund; administration(a) The civil legal aid fund is established to provide additional revenue for legal services providers.(b) The fund is administered by the office of judicial administration.(c) The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-11-5.
