Section 32-30-13-3 - Lien of subrogated purchaser

A purchaser of property referred to in section 1 of this chapter, if the proceedings are defective or the description of the property sold is imperfect, also has a lien to the same extent on the property sold as against all persons except bona fide purchasers without notice.
