Section 32-29-7-0.2 - Application of certain amendments to prior law(a) The amendments made to IC 32-8-16-1 (before its repeal, now codified at section 3 of this chapter) by P.L. 276-1995 do not apply to a complaint asking for foreclosure that is filed before July 1, 1995.(b) The amendments made to IC 32-8-16-5 (before its repeal, now codified at section 9 of this chapter) by P.L. 56-1996 apply to all sheriff's sales conducted to foreclose mortgages on or after March 14, 1996.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 526, eff. 7/1/2011.
