Ind. Code § 32-28-15-2

Section 32-28-15-2 - "Person"

As used in this chapter, "person" means:

(1) a natural person; or

(2) an organization, including a corporation, a partnership, a proprietorship, an association, a cooperative, an estate, a trust, or another legal entity.
