Section 32-27-2-3.5 - "Model home" defined(a) As used in this chapter, "model home" means a new dwelling that is used for the first time after construction as:(4) any combination of subdivisions (1) through (3).(b) After June 30, 2023, the term does not include a mobile home, a manufactured home, or an industrialized residential structure.Added by P.L. 137-2023,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2023.
