Section 32-23-11-3 - "Railroad" defined(a) As used in this chapter, "railroad" refers to a railroad company.(b) The term includes a person to whom any part of a right-of-way was transferred under the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 (45 U.S.C. 701 et seq.).
