Section 31-9-2-9.3 - "Applicant"(a) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 31-25-3, IC 31-25-4, and IC 31-26-3.5, means a person who has applied for assistance for the applicant or another person.(b) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 31-27, means a person who seeks a license to operate a child caring institution, foster family home, group home, or child placing agency.Amended by P.L. 128-2012, SEC. 23, eff. 7/1/2012.As added by P.L. 145-2006, SEC.171.
