Section 31-9-2-75 - "Legal settlement"

"Legal settlement", for purposes of IC 31-34-20-5, IC 31-34-21-10, IC 31-37-19-26, and IC 31-37-20-6, has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-11.
