Section 31-9-2-58 - "Income withholding order"(a) "Income withholding order", for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and IC 31-16-16, means an order or other legal process directed to an obligor's income payor to withhold: (2) support fees and maintenance fees as described in IC 33-37-5-6; from the income of the obligor.
(b) "Income withholding order", for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-18.5-1-2.Pre-1997 Recodification Citations: 31-1.5-1-1 part; 31-1.5-1-8 part.
