Section 31-9-2-100.5 - "Qualified medical practitioner" "Qualified medical practitioner", for purposes of IC 31-9-2 means the following:
(1) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5.(2) A physician assistant licensed under IC 25-27.5.(3) A physical therapist licensed under IC 25-27.(4) An advanced practice registered nurse licensed under IC 25-23.(5) A chiropractor licensed under IC 25-10.(6) A psychologist licensed under IC 25-33.Amended by P.L. 129-2018,SEC. 42, eff. 7/1/2018.Added by P.L. 162-2011, SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2011.
