Section 31-34-21-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter

The addition of section 7.7 of this chapter by P.L. 217-2001 applies to all proceedings pending under IC 31-34 on July 1, 2001, and to all proceedings commenced under IC 31-34 after June 30, 2001.
