Section 31-33-26-0.5 - "Administrative hearing officer"

As used in this chapter, "administrative hearing officer" refers to an individual who presides over an administrative hearing. The term includes an administrative law judge assigned by the office of administrative law proceedings established by IC 4-15-10.5-7.
