Section 31-31-3-6 - Referees; duties; findings and recommendations; administration of oaths
A part-time juvenile court referee:
(1) shall perform duties assigned by the court;(2) shall submit findings and recommendations in writing to the juvenile court, which shall enter such order as it considers proper; and(3) may administer oaths in the performance of duties assigned by the juvenile court.
