Section 31-28-6.7-5 - Request for release of foster child's Social Security number; denial(a) The department shall deny a request made under this chapter if:(1) the child does not have a Social Security number;(2) the department does not have a record of the child's Social Security number; or(3) the conditions in section 4 of this chapter are not met.(b) If the department denies a request, the response to the request must include the reason for the denial.Added by P.L. 77-2023,SEC. 7, eff. 7/1/2023.
