Section 31-28-3-3 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Issuance and maintenance of passport(a) The local office shall maintain the medical record for a foster child when the child is placed in foster care. The record must remain with the child until: (1) the child is returned to the natural parents;(2) the child is adopted; or(3) a legal guardian is appointed for the child.
