Section 31-18.5-3-18 - Discovery An Indiana tribunal may:
(1) request a tribunal outside Indiana to assist in obtaining discovery; and(2) upon request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside Indiana.Added by P.L. 206-2015, SEC. 53, eff. 7/1/2015.
