Section 31-15-7-0.2 - Application of certain amendments to prior law

The rebuttable presumption established under IC 31-1-11.5-11(c) (before its repeal, now codified at section 5 of this chapter), as amended by P.L. 283-1987, does not apply to the division of marital property in actions for marriage dissolution filed before September 1, 1987.
