Section 31-14-9-2 - Submission to department(a) Not later than the tenth day of each month, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health the following: (1) Each record of a paternity determination entered during the preceding month.(2) Each order entered during the preceding month indicating that a court has set aside a paternity determination.(3) Any other related reports that the Indiana department of health requires.(b) Not later than five (5) days after a petition to establish paternity has been filed, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health a notice required by section 0.5 of this chapter related to the petition to establish paternity.Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-6.1-10.5(c).
