Section 31-11-11-6 - Attempt to solemnize marriage by person not authorized to solemnize marriages

A person who:

(1) attempts to solemnize a marriage; and

(2) is not authorized to solemnize marriages by IC 31-11-6;

commits a Class B misdemeanor.
