Section 30-5-5-19 - All other matters

Language conferring general authority with respect to all other matters means the principal authorizes the attorney in fact to act as an alter ego of the principal with respect to all possible matters and affairs affecting property owned by the principal that the principal can perform through an attorney in fact.
