Section 30-2-8.6-6 - "Beneficiary"

As used in this chapter, "beneficiary" means an individual for whom property:

(1) has been transferred to; or

(2) is held under a declaration of trust by;

a custodial trustee for the individual's use and benefit under this chapter.
