Section 3-9-1-15 - Filing notice of appointment or designation

The treasurer of a committee shall file a notice of the treasurer's written appointment or designation with the election division or the county election board, as required by IC 3-9-5-2, IC 3-9-5-3, or IC 3-9-5-4.
