Section 3-8-2-21 - Withdrawal of declaration of candidacy

Upon receipt of notice under section 20 of this chapter, the election division or county election board shall indicate in the records of the division or board that the declaration of candidacy has been withdrawn and may not certify the name of the person as a candidate to be voted for at the primary election.
