Section 3-7-35-2.1 - Generation of poll lists

The county voter registration office shall generate a poll list for the precinct where the voter resides that does not include the name of a voter unless the voter will be:

(1) at least eighteen (18) years of age when the election is conducted; or

(2) eligible to vote in the election under this article.
