Section 3-7-26.4-12 - Charge for obtaining complete compilation of list; updates of information; expiration of subscription(a) This section does not apply to the chief justice of the supreme court, the clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the clerk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, or to a person described by section 8 of this chapter.(b) Notwithstanding IC 5-14-3-8, the election division shall charge each person described by section 6 of this chapter an annual subscription fee of five thousand dollars ($5,000) to receive the following:(1) A complete compilation of the voter registration information contained in the computerized list.(2) Updates of the voter registration information made during the year covered by the fee.(c) A subscription to the statewide voter registration system information expires on the first January 1 following the payment of the subscription fee.Amended by P.L. 64-2014, SEC. 9, eff. 3/24/2014.Amended by P.L. 258-2013, SEC. 38, eff. 7/1/2013.As added by P.L. 81-2005, SEC.13.
