Section 3-7-26.3-9 - Entry of voter registration information

As required under 52 U.S.C. 21083, a county voter registration office must electronically enter all voter registration information obtained by the county voter registration office into the computerized list on an expedited basis at the time the information is provided to the county voter registration office.
