Section 3-7-26.3-5 - List as single system to maintain voter registration information in Indiana In accordance with 52 U.S.C. 21083, the computerized list serves as:
(1) the single system for storing and managing the official list of voters throughout Indiana; and(2) the official voter registration list for the conduct of all elections in Indiana.Amended by P.L. 128-2015, SEC. 89, eff. 5/4/2015, retroactive.As added by P.L. 209-2003, SEC.35.
