Section 3-7-26.3-21 - Confidentiality of information; permissible uses of information

As provided by 52 U.S.C. 21083, the information provided by the Commissioner of Social Security or by an individual to the bureau of motor vehicles is confidential. The information may be used only for the purposes described under 52 U.S.C. 21083 and sections 19 and 20 of this chapter.
