Section 3-7-12-33 - Investigation of violation by circuit court clerk

If the circuit court clerk determines that the notice alleges a violation of NVRA or this article if the facts set forth in the notice are assumed to be true, the clerk shall conduct an investigation under IC 3-6-5.
