Section 3-7-12-31 - Determination of violation

The circuit court clerk shall determine whether a notice filed under section 30 of this chapter describes a violation of NVRA or this article if the facts set forth in the notice are assumed to be true. The clerk may consult with the NVRA official in making a determination under this section.
